The purpose of using the personal information provided by a customer will be limited to be following circumstances.
The personal information will be used:

1. with respect to business communication between the customer and the Company.
2. with respect to products and services provided by the Company a) to conduct sales promotion, including seminars, customer surveys and any other marketing activities of the Company, b) to provide the customer with technical and/or sales information of the Company.
3. in accordance with laws and standards.
   In addition to the use of the personal information listed above, the Company may from time to time specify other use purposes through provisioning of services.

In the event of necessity of using the personal information for any other purpose than the circumstances listed above, the Company will inform each customer of the additional purposes and contact of help desk in advance.

The Company may entrust the personal information to vendors or business partners for specified business purposes (e.g. construction of websites, mailing of promotion materials). In such events, the Company will select appropriate vendors who have implemented necessary measures to protect the personal information and the Company will take all appropriate and necessary actions including but not limited to entering into Non Disclosure Agreement with such vendors to protect the personal information of the customer.
In addition to the aboves, the personal information must NOT be entrusted to any third parties without agreement of the customer in advance.
